A message dated May 9, 1995, was read stating the Senate has passed            
CSHB 35(JUD) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for            
consideration:

"An Act relating to sexual misconduct as grounds for imposing                 
disciplinary sanctions on persons licensed by the State Medical
